James Abrams

James Abrams joined Hartley McMaster Limited in January 2019. He has completed the introductory graduate training courses and has a good grounding in the main tools used for modelling and analysis, including, MS Office/VBA, R and Python. He is now gaining experience of applying these tools and OR techniques through project work. James has a B.Sc. in Mathematics with Music, and an MSc in Operational Research both from Southampton University. Outside of Hartley McMaster James is a chess enthusiast, having previously travelled across Europe representing the England team. He also holds a violin performance diploma, and enjoyed a spell as leader of the orchestra during his time at university.
