Tom Dewar

Tom Dewar is Director and CEO of Hartley McMaster. He has over 20 years’ experience as a data scientist, analyst and analytical leader gained in the private and public sectors. Tom was Principle Analyst in the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit (PMDU) during the Tony Blair years. He then led analytical teams in the NHS before returning to the private sector; taking the helm at Hartley McMaster from 2017. An Operational Researcher by training, Tom still likes to get 'hand-on' designing and building solutions for clients. He has particular technical skills and experience in R, Python, Tableau, SQL and the Microsoft Azure tech stack.
